All sales for our services, digital products, and courses are final. We do not offer refunds once access to digital content, consulting sessions, workflows, toolkits, or online courses has been provided.
Exceptions:
Refunds will only be issued if:
The same payment is charged more than once due to a technical error.
Payment is processed but the product/service is not delivered.
Required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
Technical Issues:
If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact us within 3 working days of purchase. We will resolve the issue within 5 working days or provide an alternative solution.
