The mechanics

What you will want to ask.

A credit is a fixed unit of work. Each task in the catalogue carries a set number of credits based on the effort it takes, so the cost of a request is known before you make it. You buy credits as a monthly block and spend them as you go.

Every catalogue price is built from hours. An hour of operational work is one credit, an hour of craft is two, an hour of direction is three. We estimate the hours a task honestly takes, convert, and fix the price. Prices are reviewed quarterly against real delivery time and never change mid-cycle.

Up to a fifth of an unused block rolls into the following month, for one month. The block buys reserved capacity rather than stored output, so it cannot bank indefinitely. If a block sits unused for several cycles, the right move is a smaller block at the next review, and we will say so.

If the work runs ahead of your block in a given month, you either draw a top-up or move up to the next block size. Both are rule-based, so there is no case-by-case haggling.

The craft and the day-to-day operations are run in-house at BCS. Volume creative and paid media are produced by specialist agencies we brief and manage on your behalf. Anything computational is built by Mitochondria, our technology arm. You deal with one team throughout.

Yes. We take custody of the channels, the CRM and the tools so your team is not the one logging in. Credentials and customer data stay with BCS and are never passed through to the AI layer, which receives only what a given task needs and keeps nothing.
